What is your remedy? a remedy is the name given to a homeopathic medicine, but it can also be so much more. It can be taking a walk through the park on a crisp winter's day, chatting with friends over a good cup of coffee, or immersing yourself in a good read. In essence a remedy can be anything which makes things better.

My remedies are homeopathy, writing and my yoga mat. Set out to explore what a remedy means to each one of us, Remedies in the City will try to uncover the simple pleasures in life.
